Strathern Associates Ltd are excited to announce the arrival and launch of their new NIHL Calculator via LawCalc.
Months of work have been put into the development of the calculator, with close guidance from a group of professionals and experts in the area of Noise Induced Hearing Loss.
With the knowledge that Strathern Associates specialise in developing software and working with individuals and businesses to streamline processes, a member of the group that has since guided the product’s development, approached us in 2017 with a request to develop a tool that would assist in performing calculations from audiograms in relation to NIHL.
From this initial discussion, a product was developed which goes beyond the initial vision of a simple calculator!
Since development started, the LCB Guidelines have been updated and the changes have dramatically increased the time it takes to accurately come to a result if calculated by hand. This is where our tool has really come into its own.
The functions and resulting documents from the tool have now been tested and trialled with excellent feedback. We are now ready to go!
